We are very excited to welcome you back. Things have changed slightly here at The Tilbury but our service & quality food remains the same. Below are some key points we need to let you know about. Bookings If you or any of your party have displayed COVID-19 symptoms within 14 days of your booking then please do not attend, contact us for a refund. Your party cannot consist of more than 2 households. Arriving Please arrive on time, we are unable to allow pre-drinks at the bar area & so you will need to sit down at your table straight away. This also means if you are early we won’t be allowed to let you wait in the bar. Tables of up to 6 will have 1 hour 30 minutes for their meal, 2 hours for tables over 6. Please ensure children also comply to social distancing rules. Social distancing We have made sure we have 1 meter plus social distancing between all guests. You might need to sit side by side & we recommend that you sit opposite people from your own household wherever possible. If you would like more information about this just let us know. Hygiene Our hygiene practices have become even stricter & we will happily share our procedures with you. We will be deep cleaning tables, utensils & glasses thoroughly & will have hand sanitizer dotted around for you to help yourself to. Paying When paying your bill we ask that you pay by card only. Risk Assessments We have a specific risk assessment for covid-19 security, this is available to view on request, Thank you for supporting our pub.
